We believe that all people experience and express spirituality in their lives whether they are churchgoers or not. We hope that through Spirituality in the Pub we will be encouraging conversation about spirituality amongst people as we join in this ongoing conversation.

Our Speakers for this month will be:

Rabbi Jeffrey Kamins: Senior Rabbi at Emanuel Synagogue and rabbinic consultant to many Jewish organisations, Jeffrey is committed to the principles of egalitarianism, inclusion and diversity within the synagogue and broader community. He is involved in interfaith dialogue, and committed to social justice projects, particularly concerning refugees, the environment and animal rights.

Paul McFarlane: Originally trained as a nurse and working in aged care, Paul subsequently became an Anglican Minister, working for 15 years as a pastor and Senior Chaplain at NSW Ambulance. With a Masters degree in Loss and Grief he currently leads a team of volunteer chaplains and trains paramedics, and is a community ambassador with RU OK?

They will give their thoughts on this year’s theme…
