Muimui was born in Tonga, the youngest of 13 children, and came to Australia at 15 to complete
her HSC and study Nursing, her career for 17 years. Now a Chef in Brentwood Village, she continues to battle cancer. Muimui has 3 children with her Australian husband.
Jon is an ex-special forces soldier. He has worked in various social services in the UK and Australia and been CEO of Central Coast Area Health Service and WorkCover NSW. Having been brought up a papist, he is now mildly agnostic and a fully lapsed Catholic.
