Catalyst Suggestion Sheets were inserts in the Mix. They were written by Michael Whelan SM to assist people to become involved in group discussions. Both suggested topics and techniques for good discussion are covered. Some have suggested questions. Groups could focus, for example, on the Sunday readings, a book, a bible study program or a subject chosen by the group.
